My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location right on Ashwem beach is unbeatable, and the beach itself is one of the safest in Goa. However, the rooms were a letdown with a musty smell, issues with water, and stained sheets. The staff's attitude also left much to be desired. Overall, while the beach was perfect for relaxation, the accommodations and service need significant improvement.
